主要研究方向及领域
以酿酒酵母为模式生物研究生命中心法则信息流调控,包括蛋白质的积累、RNA聚合酶组装等。同时开展酵母等真菌应用微生物及生物制造研究。目前的研究方向主要包括:
1)真核生物RNA聚合酶组装的分子机制。
2)“向酵母要蛋白”关键技术及核心理论。
3)真菌与植物互作的分子机制。
4)农业微生物育种与资源化利用。
